The Hotel Hermes Bansko offers excellent value for money, providing comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and river. The rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities you would expect, including free high-speed internet and a variety of television channels. The hotel's location, just a 25-30 minute walk from the old street, allows for easy access to the city center and its attractions.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't encounter any issues.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the city center. the room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a great view. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily room cleaning was a nice touch. the breakfast was satisfying, and we appreciated the shuttle service to the nearby ski slope.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money is exceptional, especially considering the location, just a short 25-30 minute walk to the old street. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the channels I'm used to, and I loved the fact that some rooms had a balcony with a great view. Lastly, the breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was satisfying each morning.
The hotel could improve on one aspect, but overall, everything was alright.

The room was upgraded to an apartment with a balcony and great view. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner were satisfactory. Free shuttle service to the ski slope.

I recently had a winter getaway with my friends and it was a great experience. the hotel had good amenities which made our stay more comfortable. the shuttle service was very convenient and helpful for our ski trip. the rooms were clean and comfortable which made us feel like home. the location of the hotel was superb as it was close to the town where we could enjoy the local attractions.
One of the things was that the breakfast was not always enough and fresh.

The hotel had a few significant drawbacks. The breakfast served was not very appetizing, and the shuttle service to the nearby attraction ran infrequently, meaning we had to hire outside transportation.
